General Conditions of Sale
Article 1: Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between JM Agency and its clients for the sale of tailor-made marketing analysis and support services.
Article 2: Order and Contract Any order for custom services involves prior negotiation and the establishment of a contract between JM Agency and the client. This contract defines the specific terms of the services to be provided, including the scope, deadlines and costs.
Article 3: Price and Payment The prices of the services are determined during the negotiation of the contract and are indicated in euros, all taxes included. A sum corresponding to 15% of the total value of the contract is collected at the beginning of the mission by bank transfer and serves as operating funds for the mission. The balance is payable according to the terms defined in the contract.
Article 4: Delivery of Services Services are delivered according to the terms and deadlines agreed in the contract. JM Agency undertakes to provide its services with professionalism and competence.
Article 5: Right of Withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply if JM Agency has started or completed the work for which the customer entered into the contract.
Article 6: Cancellation and Reimbursement In case of cancellation of the contract by the client after the start of the mission, the sum corresponding to 15% of the total value of the contract will not be refunded. This sum serves as an operating fund and covers the initial costs incurred by JM Agency.
Article 7: Liability JM Agency is committed to providing its services with professionalism and competence. However, we cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party.
Article 8: Modification of the T&Cs JM Agency reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Customers are invited to consult them regularly. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.
