Refund and Return Policy

Article 1: Purpose This refund and return policy applies to all custom services sold by JM Agency.

Article 2: Right of Withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the date of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, if JM Agency has started or completed the work for which the contract was concluded, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Article 3: Cancellation and Reimbursement In case of cancellation by the client after the start of the mission, the sum corresponding to 15% of the total value of the contract, collected at the start of the mission, will not be returned. This sum serves as an operating fund for the mission and covers the initial costs incurred by JM Agency.

Article 4: Withdrawal Procedure To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email at responsabilité@jmarketingagencybe.com. We will reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of your request, provided that the conditions of withdrawal are met.

Article 5: Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and the performance of which began after your prior agreement.
